Mr Lim is founder of our Group and was last re-elected as Director at AGVA Corporation Limited's Annual General Meeting held on April 28, 2006. As President and CEO, he is focused on providing the strategy and vision that will allow the Group to attain its goal to be a leading global manufacturer of specialty multi-purpose and media storage products, and lifestyle accessories.

He is responsible for the overall management of the Group, leading corporate development and partnership discussions and working with the Board of Directors to translate strategic initiatives into long-term growth.

A hands-on leader with over 18 years of experience in the media storage industry, Mr Lim is well versed in every aspect of the Group's operations, and directs the Group's manufacturing operations in the PRC.

Mr Lim is actively involved in the marketing aspects of the Group, and has launched several major initiatives to extend the quality and reach of its products and expand the Group's base of key customers.

Mr Aso is responsible for the development and management of the Group in North Asia. His responsibilities include building and advancing the Group's strategy within North Asia, focusing on the growth of new business and fostering the development of existing customers. He leads business development and service delivery management to our key customers in Japan.

Before joining the Group in March 2002, Mr Aso spent 15 successful years with Unoki Tsusho Co Ltd as the Japanese company's branch manager in Hong Kong. Mr Aso holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the Ritsumeikan University.

Mr Yeo was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of our Company on August 14, 2004.

Mr Yeo is currently the Principal partner of Channel Consulting Group Pte Ltd. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Mr Yeo also serves as a council member of the Local Executive Committee of ACCA. He is also a council member and Assistant Honorary Treasurer of the Singapore Human Resources Institute.

Mr Yeo served as the ex-CFO and head of strategic investment of Compaq Asia Pacific Pte Ltd between the years of 1991 to 1996.

Mr Lee was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on June 9, 2003. He chairs the Audit Committee. Mr Lee is currently a partner in BDO Raffles. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Singapore and also holds memberships in the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and the Singapore Institute of Directors.

Mr Goh was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company on July 15, 2002. He chairs the Remuneration Committee and the Nominating Committee of our Company.

Mr Goh is currently the Chairman of NTUC Board Of Trustees. Mr Goh was elected Member of Parliament from 1980 to 2001 and served as the Minister of State for Trade and Industry, Labour and Communications during the period 1993 to 1997. He was the Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Comfort Group from 1997 to 2003.

Mr Goh holds a Bachelor of Science (First Class Honours), a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Singapore, and a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin.
