Management Team

Mr Wee was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer in March 2008. He is responsible for our overall Group's financial and accounting, human resources, public and investor relations, and legal activities. He had more than 18 years experience in finance in various industries and business environments. Mr Wee have extensive experience in corporate finance and had led successful merger and acquisition activities through the various stages from evaluation to the integration of the merged entities. He had overseen financial matters in various companies such as Sembawang Maritime Limited, Natsteel Limited, Biosensors International Pte Ltd, Excelpoint Technology Ltd., Alantac Technology Ltd and Jishan Holdings Ltd. He was heading the Finance Team of Excelpoint Technology Ltd and its Group of companies and a part of the team, which lead Excelpoint Technology Ltd to a successful listing in the main board of the Singapore Exchange in January 2004. He is also currently the Independent Director of Advance Modules Group Ltd, a Company listed in the main board of the Singapore Exchange. Mr Wee holds a Post-graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, a Masters in Business Administration from the Nanyang Technological University, a Bachelor of Business Administration Honours degree from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Education from National University of Singapore. Mr Wee is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Management, and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Ms Lim is managing the product development and marketing aspects of the Company. Her responsibilities include strategic product development, spearheading original design manufacturing (ODM), product planning & positioning. She was the Business Development Executive of AGVA Singapore Pte Ltd, before her promotion in January 2008. Ms Lim possesses a Bachelor of Psychology and Management/Marketing from Monash University and a Master of Professional Communication from University of Sydney, Australia.

Ms Yang's responsibilities involve overseeing international sales in countries such as Europe and South America to strengthen our distribution channels and increasing sales. She is also actively involved in R&D efforts undertaken by our Product Development Department. Prior to joining our Group in 2002, Ms Yang was the Sales Manager of T. Max Industries Co. Ltd for 9 years. She holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from Shieh Jian University.

Mr Lai joined AGVA in September 2007 as the General Manager of AGVA's Dongguan Factory in the People's Republic of China. He obtained a LLB honorable degree from the University of Staffordshire in England in 1992. Mr Lai has beyond 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and is accountable for the overall management of the plant. He was previously the Assistant General Manager of Full Wisdom Ltd for 5 years.
