Appointment Of Assistant Manager / Head Of Product Development

The Board of Directors of AGVA Corporation Limited ("Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Ms Lim Wee Lin as the Assistant Manager / Head of Product Development of the Company with effect from 1 January 2008.

The details and declaration of Ms Lim Wee Lin as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in the separate announcement made today.
