Appointment Of Chief Financial Officer

The Board of Directors of AGVA Corporation Limited ("Company") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Wee Liang Hiam as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 3 March 2008.

The details and declaration of Mr Wee Liang Hiam as required under Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited are contained in the separate announcement made today.
